I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything in the city center. I was able to easily explore the main streets and attractions within minutes of walking from the hotel. The convenience of being near a shopping mall was also a bonus.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and public transportation. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, including fruits, bread, and coffee.
The rooms were small and not up to the standard I expected. The Wi-Fi in my room was very poor and despite complaining about it, the issue was not resolved.

The room and bathroom were very-very nice, good minibar, comfortable pillows. Breakfast was perfect. Location in city center, mins walking to old town and main street!
For us it was ideal.

Great breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Excellent public transportation and taxi stop nearby. Perfect location, just a minute walk from the main shopping street. Clean room, professional staff, and nice neighborhood. Recommend to all visiting the city.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance to the central train station and the vibrant Christmas markets. the staff is very responsive and helpful, as they are available on the chat platform for any questions regarding parking. being in the center of the city provides easy access to various shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with facilities such as a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers.
The breakfast was slightly overpriced, with a cost of 22 euros.

My recent stay at Nh Dusseldorf Konigsallee was fantastic. The location is superb, just a short walk from the historic center and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Despite the limited facilities, everything I needed was nearby. The room I booked, a Junior Suite, was surprisingly spacious and had amazing views from the top floor. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The service was amazing - the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tila at the front desk. The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. The location was decent, with a 15-minute walk to the city center and plenty to do in the neighborhood.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
